Marketing Operations Email Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA

Primary Job Responsibilities
Team is responsible for all onsite Marketing tools, managing campaigns, onsite ad placements, guidelines, inventory, calendar, and best practices. The primary job responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Email Specialist include
• Operational point of contact for email service providers
• Coordinate feedback between marketing and email service providers
• Train marketing managers on email tools, process and reporting
• Manage the email marketing calendar for North America and Emerging Markets
• Document email best practices and distribute to marketers
• Compile, analyze and distribute email metrics for North America and Emerging Markets
• Manage North America email purchase orders and billing
• Consult with marketing teams on campaign set up
• Support roll-out of email policy, hurdle rates and contact management strategy
Job Requirements
Experience
• 3-5 years professional experience in email operations
• Experience with deliverability and campaign management
• At least 3 years of experience with online technologies

Skills
• Strong technical skills; proficient at understanding and using online tools
• Customer service aptitude in a corporate environment
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with multiple personalities
• Proficient with basic office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and solve problems thoroughly
• Strong written and oral communication skills
Education
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
